Wow what a text, and yes you're right that you're getting angry to easy, and that's also one reason why i made Basta co instead of you... And thanks for the words, i agree about most of it and even tho you get often pissed at me and others cus i dont understand you, but i've learned that it's never seriously, it's only temporarly. And you know i wouldn't have been talking with you for so long and making this movie with you if i didn't like you in some way ;)
If others are interested to see how i'm thinking when i choose a co-leader, this is what i look at:
* Need to be as active as possible
* Need to be understanding and calm in most situations
* Need to have good ideas about improvement for our clan
* Be easy to talk with and discuss
* I must be sure this guy won't leave love clan
* Must make mostly good discisions
* Have to follow the rules we got
* And also if he is a very good quake player, it helps.
* You must also be able to solve argues and things like that in a good way, (I've talked back a lot of members who want to leave for example, and solved soo many argues, and it's really not easy sometimes.)
* + maybe some more which i can't think of right now.
But this doesn't mean nobody else can come with new ideas for clan, it would be really nice if more of you had some ideas, cuz i almost never see any... Manyo of your ideas might be bad, but that's just how it is and it's np.
