actually most of stunt riders use 650-800 cc bikes which are not light they just do very good weight balancing as well as modifications as brakes, additional handles and as you can clearly see back wheel chain "star" is pretty huge to decrease torque.

ofc i can see this bike is around 600 ccm , but still u can make bike like that light as much as u can(more carbon stuff on it etc..)
but ofc there is good balancing and experience
