An important thing to know is if third person view was enabled on the server. Otherwise I'd say it's a wallhack, mostly because of his movement and way of playing.

he just sidesteps + instant shoot all the time + he know like EXACTLY where enemy is - not left or right - SPOT ON... you cant be that good even with sound as pros usually do flick the difference they miss to aim on sound.
so big -1 as i guess 3rd person if off for ages in q3.

Inmortal also was known as Cpm on pickip servers. + he played for team Spain in last season. I have never seen him with these shots before, but judging this video he downloaded 100% wallhack. Its not faker for sure?
