This is what she told to Parapeet:
Someone sent her a program to have a better view on the enemies.
It was about enemies who gave light.
Because of this program, she dropped.
Parapeet asked her to send him the program.
She said she doesn't have it anymore, because Shan told her to delete it.
To be honest, I don't believe this.

there are many ppl who have dropped and who has many believers - one example verydog. he is friendly loyal and good player who many ppl like and support but he dropped and couldn't get in almost all clans because of that. thats the price of hax / stupidity.
in either way drop is drop and there must not be any exceptions in my opinion... only if rly most of community thinks this should be like in axel's case.
p.s. and at least if she wants to make her image at least a little bit brighter she might tell for starters who send her files because of which she dropped as this person is 100% hax owner and probably user. this info could lead to new -1's

most ppl want axel banned lol :p ( in the usa comunity if we're splitting it with the euro comunity )
if axel wouldn't of confessed about him hacking probably not many/none would have known it. and in this case, he would'nt be considered as an ex-cheater. in some cases, ppl who have dropped/were on mav's list didn't cheat but were unlucky/stupid. However there are also tons of people caught thanks to that list. I was on that list, and as everybody knows i hack :p hehe jokes aside, im not considered as an ex-cheater. However for people who dropped after mav's list, they were promissed to be considered as an ex-cheater no matter why you dropped. Some people tend to forget/ignore this, but the most people who dropped after the list again, were just considered as an ex-cheater in the usa comunity. as a friend of badgirl i fully trust her and i don't think she would cheat, but if this is a good comunity who wants to make a change and stpo letting hackers have the fun, then she should be banned, for a limited time if she wants to prove herself that she's legit.
heh could write some more about it, maybe later busy =p

I spoken with her yesterday, and i trust her.
She told me who gave her file....i erased this convo, but today i will speak with her again.
She dont know some things, and thats why she was banned...probably was something with q3_wall or similar shit.
In ss u can see that she entered the game from spec mode, and dropped instantly.So it can be some bad command, or some cheat.Dont think she had intention to cheat, couse she is clever enough to search for files which are more difficult for recognize.
So let see....she dll-ed file from her friend which she knows for longer period.
She dont know many things about cfg, and she belived to her that this add for cfg will be ok ( models ).
Most ppl wanna make them cfg's better, so that thy can play better.Nothing strange, aight?
All facts showed that she had not intention to do any shit, and she was victim of some kind of friendship and ignorance.
Anyway couse of ban there is -1, and she will need to bring trust from comunity back again, even i will never treat her like a cheater couse of this.

its is known for long that in base q3 there should not be any other files (pak) except ones which comes with original installation + maps.
want to make cfg better - open cfg and edit it or use cmd's in game...

Bullshit. You won't get banned for zzzmodels or other pk3 files that don't affect .qvm.
NG can ban for cvars, poor pk3 cheats and probably some dlls, but with those dlls is problem - NG is too weak to work with those cheats...

ye, but You have to take care of commands in someone else's cfg - when eg "q3_wall" is there, You are fucked... so beware careless!
